    GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the ERA Manager, assists and supports the functions of the Employee Recreational Activities Office. Assists the Manager with compiling data, accepting payments for tickets, group trips and activities, and promotes offerings.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Delivers friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers regarding ticket and logo sales and event registrations, as well as responding to inquiries. 2 Provides support to the ERA Manager regarding sales, ticket and logo inventory, event preparation, and other daily activities or requests. Provides backup to the ERA Manager when out of the office. 3 Responsible for balancing sales and cash drawers daily, preparing bank deposit, maintaining accurate records and communicating cash deposit activity to Accounting. 4 Maintains petty cash drawer balance, ordering change from the bank when necessary, and disbursing change to various Hospital departments. 5 Responsible for preparing the daily cash bank deposits for ERA, Food Services, Hospitality Shop, Patient Registration/ED, and Hospital Auxiliary, and maintaining accurate records. 6 Contacts sales and marketing personnel in the travel industry for material to stock the ERA Lounge. 7 Promotes ticket sales, trips, and events by advertising on the ERA Website, stocking hallway racks, posting on bulletin boards, distributing departmental and retiree mailings. 8 Assists in maintaining and updating files for all tickets, travel, and events including review and preparation for annual audits. 9 Answers inquiries regarding current offers, keeping up to date with local offerings. Assists employees and retirees with navigating the ERA Website, and guides employees to access the Abenity search engine. 10 Maintains and orders office and bank deposit supplies for ERA Office. Orders bank deposit supplies for other Hospital departments. 11 Attends ERA activities as requested. 12 Responsible for scheduling bulletin boards for official Hospital purposes.
