Here at WellSprings Home Care, we are dedicated to creating a team of compassionate caregivers who are committed to assisting care to those in need. Our caregivers will work one-on-one with clients and assist with all activities of daily living and companionship. Each client has a specific care plan with what care is needed. WellSprings Home Care with the office located in Exton. We mostly service Chester County, as well as Delaware County and Montgomery County.
Duties:
Provide in home care services based on clients individual plan of care
Prepare meals and help with feeding
Help with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and ambulating.
Light housekeeping
Transportation to and from appointments and errands as requested
Medication reminders
Other duties as assigned
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner in English
Ability to adapt to a client's living environments and locations
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1+ years caregiving experience in home or facility
Must have reliable transportation. – Drivers License preferred
Must be able to pass PA background check
Provide a negative tuberculosis test or chest xray
Legally be able to work in the US
Must be able to work independently
Must have great communicate both verbal and written with clients and management.
Qualified, reliable, honest, positive attitude, and empathetic personality, are all a must.
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Dementia care and Hoyer lift experience a plus
