  • Responsibilities

    Working with the creative and development teams, the UX/UI designer is responsible for visualizing and implementing front and back-end user experience solutions and interface support for our growing company needs. The role is also responsible for producing high-quality UX/UI solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic design assets, user flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes. The UX/UI designer provides advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior while adhering to brand standards. A deep understanding of digital user journey best practices is required. Working knowledge of the following needed: Sketch/Figma/XD prototyping, InVision, HTML/CSS, iOS and Android interfaces, and Adobe Creative.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with Product Management and Development Teams on design requirements for new and existing projects.
    • Completes projects for individual products and supports projects at the group level
    • Consult with management to establish a vision for future products or designs.
    • Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, and user experience flow designs.
    • Delivers quality, timely deliverables such as user interface elements and wireframes.
    • Design layout and templates for maximum usability and focus on user experience.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience
    • 4+ years of experience designing digital products
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX to UI transition skills and design process as well as visual design skills
    • Strong attention to detail, organization in your work, and following design best practices
    • Responsive design for multiple screening sizes for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
    • Fluency in commonly used design software and related tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and more.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A proven understanding of UX principles
    • Visual design background preferred (i.e. interactive graphic design)
    • Understanding of modern UI frameworks like bootstrap, and material UI using similar state of art software libraries
