As innovators in the hair and nail industry, Wella Company empowers its people to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders.For additional information about the Wella Company please visit www.wellacompany.com.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Foster positive and productive business relationships with those involved in the recruiting process, including the HR team, hiring managers, candidates, and new employees.Communicate with internal and external customers with a high-level of professionalism, with the goal of creating a positive recruiting experience at Wella.Monitor recruiting process, applicant flow, interviews, background checks, interview preparation and troubleshootingAssist in attracting talent by posting, advertising, and sourcing for open positions.Guide new hires through the onboarding process, collecting and submitting documentation and data accurately and on-time.Manage the temporary worker process.Other project and administrative support to the Human Resources team as assigned.Assist HR team with meetings, events, or engagement initiatives.Support the overall Wella Local and Global Recruiting strategies.QUALIFICATIONSA strong interest in pursuing Recruitment or Human Resources as a career path.Previous HR and Recruiting experience is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines while still meeting deadlines.Must be able to work independently and proactively to follow processes within scope of work.
