    Job Description

    Welligent, a fast-growing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software vendor, is seeking a Configuration Analyst who is responsible for configuring Welligents EHR according to identified requirements for assigned projects. This position is currently remote but once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, some travel or occasional work from the Welligent Office in Norfolk, VA may be required.

    This analyst position will support the migration of customers current state to future state functionality in Welligents software through direct interaction with end-users and customer leadership.

    As part of Welligents Implementation Department, the analyst will work with the Welligent Project Managers; communicate deficiencies, request escalation, define customer weaknesses, and provide status information to deliver projects according to plan. For all customer-facing meetings, including application demonstrations and training, they will also provide support to Senior Application Analysts for larger accounts, working under their direction.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Manage the configuration needs of multiple Welligent software implementations
    • Following Welligents Implementation process and procedures, Configuration Analyst will be responsible for the efficient and successful implementation of all assigned customer projects
    • Responsible for the customer success and satisfaction with the Welligent Implementation process
    • Responsible for personal time management and recording individual direct and indirect time and activities for projects
    • Responsible for working with the Project Manager on project activity reporting including regular status reporting on assigned customer projects
    • Through both Welligent-provided training and independent learning, responsible for staying current on all Welligent software products and functionality at a detailed level
    • Establish and maintain quality relationships with Welligent Customers and all Welligent departments to support achieving the Implementation Teams goal to successfully implement customers in a reasonable and achievable timeline
    • Independently identify and escalate quality improvement opportunities related to the software implementation process, documentation, software functionality

    REQUIREMENTS

    • EHR/EMR software experience required
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Behavioral Health background required
    • Knowledge of Welligent Software a plus
    • Key software implementation project experience with participation in meeting objectives, goals, and commitments
    • Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, and team participation
    • Ability to maintain a balance between decision making and understanding stakeholder needs
    • Good communication and written skills utilizing various media and methods for communication
    • Experience with business productivity software (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
    • Project Management and CRM software tools (i.e. MS Project) experience a plus
