A trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.
Analyze health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources. Develop statistical reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.
Track utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, including:
Support leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends.
Provide data-driven recommendations for immediate, mid-range, and long-term decision-making.

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data/Financial Technology, Employee Benefits Management, Accounting, HRIS, or related field.
