At Solterra Wellness Club, we’re seeking Wellness Concierges to be the first point of connection for our members — curating a warm, professional atmosphere that makes every client feel seen, supported, and excited to return.

Hourly Pay: $18–$22 based on experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.

Manage scheduling, check-ins, and studio communications.

Support instructors and wellness providers with smooth class transitions.

Refresh wellness areas (lounges, locker rooms, beverage stations, retail displays) throughout the day.

Support coffee and juice bar purchases (order-taking primarily through app & kiosk, light preparation, and restocking).

Assist with other studio and wellness center tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a tidy, calming front-of-house environment.

Share updates on services, membership options, and upcoming events.

Embody the Solterra culture of hospitality and care.

Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness environments a plus.

Comfort using scheduling software and digital tools (training provided).

Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in a dynamic setting.

A passion for health, wellness, and community.
