Avanto Guide (Cold Plunge + Sauna Host)

Ready to help people feel more alive? Avanto is Park City’s premiere cold plunge and Nordic sauna experience. A place for recovery, community, and contrast. We're looking for warm, welcoming hosts to guide guests through their 2-hour sessions, introduce them to the power of heat + cold, and keep the space running smoothly.

This role is part concierge, part coach, part vibe curator. If you’re passionate about wellness, love talking to people, and aren’t afraid of a little cold water, this might be your perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Greet and guide guests through their contrast therapy journey

Explain best practices for sauna + plunge protocols

Keep the vibe clean, calm, and welcoming

Reset the space between sessions (towels, water, cleanliness)

Occasionally post or assist with social content (if you're into it)

Share your own experience with heat + cold and help others ease in

Who You Are:

People person with a calming presence and great energy

Comfortable around cold water, hot saunas, and happy to educate others

Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented

Passionate about wellness, recovery, and creating an inviting atmosphere

Bonus: First aid/CPR certified or willing to get certified
