Driftwood Yoga, Spa & Boutique is a luxury wellness destination in Denver, NC offering elevated experiences across yoga, spa services, and retail. Our yoga studio is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable, community-focused Wellness Instructors to join our team.
This role is ideal for instructors who love helping people feel better in their bodies — through movement, mobility, breath, posture, and strength — and who want to be part of a professional, high-standard studio environment.
We are currently hiring instructors for:
Yoga (Flow, Gentle, Deep Stretch, Restorative)
Tai Chi
Mobility + functional movement (hips, posture, balance, longevity)
Mat / Floor Pilates
Low-impact strength, stability, and movement classes
(Applicants may teach one or multiple modalities.)
What You’ll Do
Lead group wellness classes in a safe, professional, and engaging manner
Create structured class plans that support all levels (with options/modifications)
Support Driftwood’s high-end guest experience through warm greetings, clear instruction, and strong presence
Help grow class attendance through consistency and community-building
Partner with studio leadership on special events, themed classes, and workshops (optional)

We do not incorporate programming centered around chakras, kundalini, deity chanting, or New Age spiritual frameworks. Instructors who enjoy teaching in a wellness-focused or faith-friendly environment thrive here.

A confident instructor with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Passionate about serving adults of all ages (including aging populations)
Able to teach with modifications and mindful cueing
Comfortable in a luxury wellness environment with high guest service standards
Excited to build community — looking for long-term employment
Requirements
Current certification in your modality (Yoga Teacher Training, Pilates cert, Tai Chi training, mobility/fitness certification, or equivalent experience)
Liability insurance (required)
CPR/First Aid preferred
Ability to pass background check if requested
Weekend availability is a plus
Schedule
We are actively looking to expand:
Early mornings (7am–10am)
Evening classes (4:30pm–7:30pm)
Saturday/Sunday options
Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience and modality. Opportunities for workshops and specialty programming are available.
