Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Expertise & Client Care
Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, GLP-1s, mHBOT and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
Conduct consultations and educate clients on wellness plans optimized for their needs.
Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
Studio Collaboration
Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
Assist other team members with misc tasks such as rendering services, answering phones, or checking out clients.
Perform daily cleaning, upkeep and restocking duties.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Logging all medications, and keeping inventory.
Reporting any clinical updates or present questions or concerns to Lead Nurse in a timely fashion.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean studio environment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.
Certifications: Current BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
Passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a high volume retail environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize safety during high volume periods.
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently as the sole nurse on staff.
