We’re hiring a Wellness Office Assistant who is ready to support patients on their healing journeys and grow personally and professionally as part of a heart-centered team.

31 hours/week to start (growing to more soon!)

$21/hour starting + monthly bonuses

Paid time off, paid training, and wellness care for YOU

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11AM–6PM

Tuesday and Saturday: 8AM–1PM

Must live within 20 minutes of downtown Santa Barbara

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a peaceful and welcoming first impression

Managing patient schedules, reminders, and phone calls

Supporting billing and visit tracking

Helping maintain a clear, calm, and healing office flow

Assisting the doctors in aligned communication and team support

Participating in our commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth
