This position is known internally as a Member Sales Assistant (MSA) and plays a key role in helping guests discover the benefits of infrared sauna recovery and commit to a consistent wellness routine.

Perspire Sauna Studio Ballantyne is looking for driven, confident, and positive team members to join our team.

This role is part hospitality, part consultative sales, and part community building. Our MSAs help guests discover how consistent infrared sauna recovery can transform how they feel, move, and perform.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of connection for our members and guests.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guiding guests through the Perspire experience and educating them on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy

• Recommending the right membership based on each guest’s goals and lifestyle

• Building relationships with members and helping them stay consistent with their recovery routine

• Reaching out to prospective members through calls, texts, and follow-ups in our CRM

• Conducting studio tours and answering questions about services and memberships

• Booking reservations and helping members plan their next visits

• Maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment and preparing sauna suites for the next guest

This role requires someone who is comfortable discussing memberships, confident recommending solutions, and motivated by results.

Monday – Friday

• 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

• 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday

• 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

• 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Shift flexibility may be available.
