    Job Summary: As a Wellness Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a radiant first impression, converting interest into action, and ensuring each guest feels seen, supported, and eager to return. You’ll partner closely with the Sales Manager and Owner to meet studio goals through consistent outreach, premium service, and persuasive sales conversations.

    This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who’s energized by people, thrives in a fast-paced studio setting, and wants to grow with a mission-led wellness brand.

    Responsibilities

    Sales & Membership Growth

    Deliver a premium first impression—every guest should leave curious, impressed, or converted.

    Lead membership tours and close in the moment with compelling, value-driven pitches.

    Master consultative selling, including needs-based discovery, objection handling, and personalized follow-ups.

    Manage lead outreach via outbound calls, CRM workflows, and text/email campaigns—hit weekly and monthly conversion goals.

    Execute in-studio engagement campaigns (referral challenges, flash deals, VIP offers) that convert guests into paying members.

    Member Experience & Retention

    Handle all aspects of the member lifecycle: check-ins, agreements, upgrades, cancellations, and loyalty-building follow-ups.

    Deliver exceptional service—respond to questions with empathy and accuracy while creating a warm, welcoming environment.

    Track member feedback trends and help address concerns quickly to reduce churn and improve satisfaction.

    Support a vibrant membership culture through studio promotions, contests, and wellness activations.

    Participate in local community engagement by visiting businesses and attending events to generate leads, grow memberships, and boost brand visibility; support event setup and breakdown and complete follow-up tasks including CRM entry and performance tracking.

    Studio Operations

    Perform front-desk tasks: POS transactions, customer care calls, scheduling, account updates, and studio systems maintenance.

    Keep the studio sparkling: cleaning, sauna suite “refresh,” and towel supply management.

    Maintain and restock retail merchandise; ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually aligned with beem®’s elevated studio experience including seasonal and promotional events.

    Contribute to studio social media efforts—sharing photos, testimonials, and updates that reflect the beem® experience.

    Qualifications

    1–2 years of sales experience (wellness or fitness preferred), with a track record of meeting quotas

    Naturally warm, professional, and passionate about health and well-being

    Clear communicator—both in-person and digitally

    Driven by results but deeply people-focused

    Tech-savvy and organized, with CRM or POS experience preferred

    Available early morning, evenings and/or weekends

    Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work briefly in heat above 135°F

    Reliable transportation required for studio shifts and occasional attendance at community events and activations.
