About the Role:

Join Beem Light Sauna - Gilbert as a Wellness Sales Associate/Sauna Attendant in Gilbert, AZ, where you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through our state-of-the-art Infrared sauna and Red Light experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with customers and help them on their wellness journeys while working in a supportive and energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients in selecting sauna sessions tailored to their wellness goals.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sauna environment to ensure a positive guest experience.

Educate customers on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and wellness practices.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.

Promote and sell memberships, packages, and wellness products to enhance client engagement.

Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking products as needed.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience required.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for health and wellness.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Basic understanding of sauna therapy and wellness trends is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills for managing appointments and client records.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
