    Our Rock Hill studio is growth-oriented, sales-driven, and focused on long-term client outcomes—not transactional visits.

    The Opportunity

    This role is ideal for a proven wellness sales professional who wants more responsibility, leadership exposure, and a clear path into management.

    You will start by mastering consultative wellness sales and client experience, then progressively take on leadership and operational responsibilities as part of a Manager-in-Training track.

    This is not an entry-level position.

    Key Responsibilities

    Wellness Sales & Client Experience

    Conduct personalized wellness consultations focused on goals, recovery, and long-term optimization

    Sell memberships, packages, and add-on services across multiple wellness modalities

    Confidently explain IV therapy, recovery services, and ongoing care plans

    Convert first-time visitors into long-term members

    Build trust through education, follow-up, and consistent client engagement

    Leadership Development (Manager-in-Training)

    Support daily studio operations and floor leadership

    Reinforce sales standards, scripts, and care-plan frameworks

    Assist with coaching and supporting the wellness sales team

    Learn performance metrics including conversion rates, retention, and revenue mix

    Step into leadership coverage when needed

    Required Experience

    Health, wellness, fitness, or medical sales experience

    Proven ability to sell multiple products or service lines (memberships, programs, packages, add-ons)

    Strong consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset

    Comfort with goals, KPIs, and performance-based compensation

    Desire to grow into a leadership or management role

    Preferred Backgrounds

    Wellness studios (IV therapy, cryotherapy, med spa, fitness, recovery)

    Membership-based or subscription sales environments

    High-touch, consultative retail or service sales
