    Compensation: $3,000 monthly base salary + commission

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales operations. This role focuses on upselling treatment packages and retail products to existing clients. All daily clients are provided— no lead generation required. Success in this role is measured by individual sales performance, team results, and consistent achievement of daily sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead in-spa sales by promoting treatment packages and retail products to all clients

    • Drive individual and team sales performance to meet daily revenue goals

    • Coach, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets

    • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable guidance to improve results

    • Ensure accurate client and sales data in the CRM system

    • Collaborate with spa operations to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction

    • Maintain a professional, client-focused environment that supports upselling and service excellence

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales or sales management

    • Strong upselling and closing skills

    • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team

    • Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Organized with strong attention to detail

    • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
