    Coastal Chill Cryo + Wellness in Jacksonville, NC invites you to join our team as a Wellness Specialist where your customer service & sales skills will shine, and your passion for health and wellness will make a difference in our clients’ lives!

    This is a Customer Service and Sales role with advanced on the job training provided for you to also fulfill the duties of a Cryotherapy Technician and help set up treatment modalities.

    Coastal Chill focuses on non-invasive wellness, aesthetic, pain management, and muscle recovery services. We are a “sister” business to Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine.

    The Wellness Specialist role involves promoting, selling and delivering our wellness services. They educate clients about the benefits of the services, lead new client consults and intro treatments, conduct tours, help set up services, and ultimately close sales. The role requires excellent customer service, both before and after the visit, and may involve reaching sales targets and goals.

    Our services include:

    Targeted Localized Cryotherapy to face and body for pain/swelling reduction, Cryoslimming and Cryosculpting

    Low Level Laser Therapy

    Professional grade Red Light Therapy

    Infrared Sauna & PEMF mat

    Compression boots

    Vibration therapy

    Stretch therapy (provided by Certified Stretch Coaches)

    Muscle recovery and Dry Needling sessions (provided by Doctors of Physical Therapy)

    Key Job Duties

    Front Desk Management: Assist with customer check-in, scheduling, payment processing, and support as needed. Obtain and review new client waivers, create guest profiles in schedule system, answer calls and emails/texts. Must be able to operate our point of sale and other systems.

    Daily operations: perform opening and closing procedures.

    Client Tours, Consultations and package sales: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and goals and recommend packages for purchase. Provide tours and service overview to walk in guests and during new client consults.

    Treatment Administration: Administer and set up wellness treatments to clients according to established protocols and safety guidelines.

    Client Education: Educate clients about the benefits/contraindications of services, answer questions, and address concerns.

    Cleanliness, Safety, and Hygiene: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to strict cleaning and sterilization protocols. Maintain the cleanliness of the studio including laundry and room set up, as needed.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client treatments and sessions

    Sales and Promotion: Promote services, memberships, and packages.

    Marketing and Outreach: Participate in community outreach events. Assist with social media marketing, creating and distributing flyers and promotional materials.

    Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

    Essential Skills

    Passionate, hardworking, reliable individuals with a positive attitude

    Success with high end customer service and sales within the fitness, health, beauty or wellness industry

    Ability to multitask and remain flexible to client needs and daily work flow a must.

    Experience using Vagaro software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus

    Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with customers quickly

    A commitment to ongoing professional development in the wellness and body contouring space

    Employees will be provided with on-the-job training in operating cryotherapy equipment and other wellness services.

    Job Type: Part-time,

    Starting Pay: $13.00.

    Pay increase to $15.00/hour plus tiered commission structure once fully trained and able to independently perform new client Intro Consults and Sessions.
