We're looking for an energetic, positive, and goal-oriented team member to join our upscale infrared sauna studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creating exceptional in-studio experiences and growing the business through community outreach and relationship building.

What You'll Do

Membership Sales & Guest Experience

Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment

Welcome guests and create a relaxing, premium studio experience

Conduct studio tours and educate prospective members on our services

Explain the science-backed benefits of infrared sauna therapy and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership

Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments

Answer questions about memberships, services, and studio amenities

Build lasting relationships that encourage long-term member retention

Lead Follow-Up

Make outbound calls to new leads with enthusiasm and professionalism

Follow up with prospects using our CRM

Re-engage past guests and convert inquiries into memberships

Maintain consistent communication with potential members

Community Outreach & Business Development

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting out into the community and representing our brand.

Responsibilities include:

Building relationships with local boutique fitness studios, gyms, wellness professionals, chiropractors, spas, and other complementary businesses

Developing strategic B2B partnerships that generate referrals and increase brand awareness

Participating in grassroots marketing efforts throughout the community

Attending local wellness events, health fairs, networking events, and community functions

Promoting the benefits of infrared sauna therapy to potential members and referral partners

Identifying creative opportunities to grow studio memberships through community engagement

Studio Operations

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio

Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between appointments

Organize and maintain the towel supply area

Assist with daily studio operations to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience

What We're Looking For

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A confident, outgoing personality

Strong sales mindset with a desire to exceed goals

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads

Experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a strong plus

Experience with grassroots marketing, networking, community outreach, or business development is highly preferred

Ability to build genuine relationships with local businesses and community partners

Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude

Evening and weekend availability
