Job SummaryWe seek a Mental Health Therapist who enjoys the intricacy of building a therapeutic alliance with clients, is inspired to implement creative interventions, and can work independently with integrity. The practitioner needs to utilize a theoretical framework for therapeutic interventions and possess an ethical decision-making model. The practitioner needs a self-accountability plan to complete exceptional paperwork in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field

Current New Mexico clinical license

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (we will provide training)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
