We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Wellness Team Lead to help oversee daily operations and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.
In this role, you’ll serve as the shift leader by supporting team members, maintaining high standards, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the day. You’ll still be hands-on with guests, but with added responsibility in guiding the team and owning the flow of each shift.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior hospitality or spa experience who is ready to take on a leadership role in a calm, wellness-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
Provide guidance to first-time guests and answer questions
Ensure every guest experience meets City Cave’s premium standards
Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts
Help manage workflow and ensure services run on time
Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
Oversee preparation and reset of float and sauna rooms
Ensure water chemistry testing and treatment is completed accurately
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all wellness and common areas
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Educate guests on services, memberships, and packages
Encourage and assist with rebooking to support guest wellness goals
Lead by example in driving bookings and overall guest satisfaction
Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, maintenance needs, or operational issues
Help ensure accountability and consistency across the team
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Natural leadership ability
Prior experience leading a shift or supervising a small team is strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Ability to both lead a team and work independently
Comfortable working around water and light cleaning chemicals
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness settings is a plus
