Job Duties
- Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of our customers’ residential properties
- Complete service panel upgrades and service rebuilds
- Complete AC and DC electrical runs
- Ability to precisely bend and install conduit
- Work with electrical manager to read and understand blueprints
- Test system components while the system is operating
- Make field changes and communicate with project managers
- Communicate with inspectors, utility companies and customers
- Enforce and maintain company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Job Requirements
- PROOF of Valid Journeyman license REQUIRED
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- NABCEP certification (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local criteria
- Assist with completion of the installation documentation
- Ability to understand all project plans and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Travel possible 1-4hrs
- Excellent communication skills with customers, inspectors and co-workers
- Bi-lingual a plus
