    Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals.

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs, incorporating regenerative medicine techniques, advanced modalities, and other industry-leading techniques when applicable.

    Administer a variety of physical therapy techniques and exercises, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and advanced techniques, to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

    Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and promote healing.

    Educate patients on proper posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, such as physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.

    Implement a system for tracking and documenting clinical outcomes to evaluate treatment effectiveness and demonstrate the efficacy of our integrated approach.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes.

    Regularly communicate with patients, their families, and caregivers to address questions, concerns, and progress updates.

    Stay informed about advancements in regenerative medicine, physical therapy techniques, and industry-leading modalities to enhance clinical practice.

    Dry Needling - Entry level certification in dry needling with the potential for mentoring in higher levels skills.

    Requirements

    Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where the clinic is located.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation or orthopedic setting.

    Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

    Proficiency in designing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

    Certification or training in advanced modalities and industry-leading techniques.

    Experience in tracking and analyzing clinical outcomes to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

    Excellent manual therapy skills and experience with a variety of therapeutic exercises.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Dedication to continuing education and staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy, regenerative medicine, and clinical outcome tracking.
