Wellward Regenerative Medicine is seeking the perfect candidate for our Acupuncturist position!

Wellward Medical is a Lexington, KY based Integrative Health Clinic which offers Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, Pain, Mental Health, Functional & Lifestyle Medicine. We focus on methods ranging from non-surgical orthopedics and sports medicine practices to medically supervised weight loss programs, with additional services extending into Anti-Aging and Sexual Health.

Acupuncturist Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial patient consultations to gather information on medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and nutritionists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients

Administer acupuncture treatments and related therapies, such as cupping and moxibustion

Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, in consultation with the patient’s care team

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture as part of a holistic approach to care

Acupuncturist Qualifications / Skills:

Valid license to practice acupuncture in Kentucky

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to patient care

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Job Type: Part-time - 2 Days per Week - 9:00a - 5:00p

Pay: Negotiable
