What You'll Do:

\- Lead the overall operation of the restaurant

\- Hire, onboard, and develop managers and crew members

\- Create and execute training and development plans

\- Schedule and deploy staff effectively

\- Address performance issues and coach for improvement

\- Drive results across people, service, and financial targets

What We're Looking For:

\- Previous GM experience or 3+ years restaurant management

\- Strong leadership and communication skills

\- Proven track record developing and retaining employees

\- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

\- Positive, ownership-driven mindset

\- Multi-unit or high-volume experience a plus
