We are currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). This individual is a driven and passionate individual that thrives on "the hunt" and matching the right individuals with the right opportunity. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with potential candidates should be second nature. The TAM will source, screen and manage the talent acquisition process for assigned roles. This role is responsible for conducting background checks, making offers, and performing other duties as needed to ensure that NPC provides an excellent candidate experience. The TAM will be a team player will be energetic and willing to assist other members of the talent acquisition team. Supporting the Hiring Manager throughout the TA process by acting as a consultant and having a complete understanding of what is needed for the right fit for both candidate and company will be integral to the success of this individual. Ideally, the candidate will have 3-5 years of experience recruiting in the restaurant or hospitality industry, as well as, experience with the development of strategic souring plans. This person will have a degree in Human Resources or other relevant area. Professionalism and people skills are a must.
