At Caring Hands Home Health Inc., our floaters are our frontline MVPs—stepping in wherever needed to keep our clients safe, supported, and smiling.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on personal care based on individual care plans

Assist with ADLs like bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and more

Help with light housekeeping and meal prep

Give medication reminders and emotional support

Communicate with our team and report client condition updates

Travel to homes across the service area to cover open shifts

✅ What You Need:

Active CNA, PCA, or IHA experience

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Willingness to work with male/female clients, pets, smokers — no restrictions

Clear background check

Flexible schedule with full-time availability (including weekends/on-call)

A professional, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
