    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Qualification Specialist will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and scheduling sales appointments for timeshare owners who have requested help in cancelling their timeshare with Wesley Financial Group. An effective Qualification Specialist must be an excellent communicator, have superior listening and people skills, possess a strong work ethic, and be confident dealing with sales objections. The goal of the Qualification Specialist is to schedule high-quality sales appointments for Wesley Financial Group’s Vice Presidents.

    • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Respond to generated leads in a timely manner

    • Ask questions to understand the prospects situation with their timeshare and pre-qualify them for our services

    • Answer questions about Wesley Financial Group and our services

    • Schedule appointments for interested prospects with our Vice Presidents

    • Enter client information into Salesforce.com

    • Go the extra mile to hit sales quotas

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1+ years of proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service

    • Strong computer skills

    • Covid-19 Vaccination

    COMPENSATION:

    The compensation plan offers base pay and uncapped commissions, with a total earnings opportunity of about $90k+ annually.
