Job Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize sponsored advertising and DSP campaigns for our agency's clients, focusing on sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display, and full funnel campaigns on DSP.
- Conduct bi-weekly status calls with clients and maintain professional client interaction via email to report on KPIs and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate PPC strategies for full-management and PPC-only clients, aligning targets with client sales and growth goals on Amazon.
- Direct PPC onboarding for clients, preparing advertising schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide advertising schedules, timelines, budgets, and KPIs for new product launches.
- Define, track, measure, and report on agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, offering actionable recommendations.
- Attend weekly and monthly PPC trainings, including sessions with our software representative.
- Manage a team of virtual assistants (remote workers) to perform supporting tasks, including developing written standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate across internal teams to maximize account performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns, with a preference for 3+ years of experience on Amazon.
- Deep understanding of pay-per-click advertising tactics, strategy, logical expressions, and budget management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing and language abilities.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with overall management strategy.
- Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
- Exposure to programmatic display advertising is a plus.
- Initiative to build rapport, establish account-specific plans, and achieve/exceed goals.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills to influence internal teams, advocate for e-commerce initiatives, and foster collaboration.
This is a fully remote position.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, plus bonus.
- Full Benefits, including PTO and 401k.
