    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC press brake machinery, ensuring precise bending and shaping of metal components according to specifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend, form, and shape metal components accurately.
    • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine the proper specifications for each project.
    • Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
    • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience operating CNC press brake machinery.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in measurements and alignments.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Prior experience with Amada or similar CNC press brake equipment is preferred but not required.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
