    Responsibilities:

    • Write high-quality content and serve as the resident content writing expert and editor of all public-facing content.
    • Create blog posts, social posts, sales proposals, eBooks, webinar content, video scripts, and more.
    • Project manage a team consisting of another writer, part-time designer, and 3rd party contractors for the production of deliverables.
    • Ensure consistency across company publications and maintain a messaging/brand guide for each product.
    • Manage the Creative Request process by completing or assigning tasks.
    • Take ownership of final high-quality and on-time delivery as well as new content creation, content updates, proposal editing, formatting, proofreading, peer review, and process management.
    • Maintain and contribute content to the RFP template standard by product.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases of completion.

     

    Requirements:

    • 4-year college degree.
    • 3-5 years’ experience working on a product marketing team and/or for a technology company in a capacity requiring the writing of public-facing content.
    • Extremely detail-oriented.
    • Strong writing background and excellent time management skills.
    • Passion for writing, grammar, and formatting.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to show forward progress on multiple projects.
    • Willingness to take on people management responsibilities in the future.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools like Asana and formatting in various software tools (Adobe InDesign experience not required but preferred).
    • Education industry experience is not required but highly valued.
    • A strong sense of ownership and pride for the things you create
    • Writing samples and or in-person testing will be required to illustrate writing and editing skills.

    Salary and benefits:

    • A base salary of $65,000 with an additional $5,000 - $10,000 in bonuses
