    Position Overview:
    Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Chemical Sales Representative. This role requires someone with the passion to prospect for new business among small to medium-sized manufacturers, growing their territory, increasing sales, and establishing a substantial recurring commission stream.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize a consultative sales approach to prospect for new customers in small to medium-sized manufacturing industries.

    • Establish and cultivate customer relationships, both new and existing.
    • Negotiate pricing and profit margins uniquely tailored to each customer.
    • Collaborate with company leadership and procurement teams to meet customer needs and set pricing strategies.
    • Manage customer order forecasts to ensure supply needs are met.
    • Maintain a high level of service to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for customers.
    • Utilize a CRM platform to manage existing customers and cultivate a new prospect customer pipeline.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, natural inquiry, and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
    • Professional and confident phone presence with excellent communication skills.

    Benefits:

    • Base salary: $65K - $75K.
    • Expected first-year commissions: Approximately $15K.
