Qualifications:
- Demonstrated restaurant leadership experience.
- 3 to 5 years as Restaurant General Manager in upscale casual and high-volume environments.
- Previous Kitchen Management experience is a benefit.
- Need to have a strong track record of accountability and hitting company goals.
- Ability to lead and get results through inspiring employees to do their best work.
- Need to have a natural mentality of constant improvement and has high standards.
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude – you like to get results.
