Escrow Officer – Lynnwood & Everett offices

As an Escrow Officer, you will be joining a helpful and established team of other officers, so you must work well in a team environment. We’re looking for someone motivated with a great attitude and a passion to be a part of dynamic and successful operations. You will process title and escrow agreements while communicating with all parties involved in the transaction.
What You Will Do:
Review title commitments and purchase/sale agreements
Communicate with all parties in the transaction
Draw escrow closing documents
Prepare funding packages and balance files for closings for and with lenders
Receive additional tasks as assigned
What You Will Bring:
2+ years’ experience as an LPO
Ability to work as a critical member within a team environment
Customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Excellent communication skills via email and phone
Ideally, a book of business to bring with you
