    We seek a top-notch ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE ASSISTANT for our Stockton facility. The Account Representative Assistant assists in order placement/order modifications, scheduling, shipment confirmations, expedite requests, Return Material Authorization (RMA) and QA’s, new business development, and working collaboratively with all departments to serve meet and or exceed our customer's expectations.

    The ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE ASSISTANT has the RESPONSIBILITY OF:

    • Partnering with the Account Representative to process quotes from customers efficiently and accurately. 

    • Salesforce: help keep all information in SalesForce accurate and up to date

    • Confirm orders to customers based on quote price and delivery and other requirements.

    • Generate sales orders and work orders from hard copy confirmed customer purchase orders.

    • Process customer change order requests and cancellation charges.

    • Assist Document Coordinator with maintaining parts data cards.

    • Issue RMA numbers and set up RMA file, maintain RMA log.

    • Always maintain a positive attitude and be intelligently responsive to all customer requests when required due to no other sales staff.

    • File and maintain all closed purchase orders for the prior year.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Familiarity with the use of Windows Office, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Suite of applications. 
    • The ability to speak Spanish is not required but preferred.
