    Job Description

    We have an immediate opening for an APAC & ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE ASSISTANT.

    BASIC FUNCTION:

    To assist with making sure inventory for all vendor finished goods are accurate. Labeling parts, placing them onto tape and reel, and then ship out parts upon receipt of customer demand. Assist with processing quotes to vendors for required shipping materials and any material purchased by WCM for our CHN Department. Assist the Sales Department with quotations, orders, and change orders when required.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

    The APAC & Account Representative Assistant reports to the Account Representative & APAC Project Manager and The Customer Service Director. The APAC & Account Representative Assistant interfaces with the Purchasing Department, Account Management Department, Engineering Department, Stockroom Clerk, Shipping Department, Sales Department, Document Control Department, Tecate Facility staff, and Production Managers.

    AUTHORITY:

    The APAC & Account Representative Assistant has the authority to assist with:

    · Contact vendors for material quotes

    · Contact shipping companies for rate quotes

    · Process orders for sales orders and quotes for vendor finished goods

    · Keep inventory up to date and accurate for all vendor finished goods

    · Operate and maintain tape and reel machine

    · Keep inventory and order materials required for tape and reel jobs

    · Run required reports in the ERP system

    · Make changes to work orders, kit sheets, and kit box labels according to internal change orders, production, and or production listing

    · Copy, and edit redlines on work orders from Engineering once the redline has been approved

    · Process quotes, sales orders, change orders and generate work orders.

    · Assist customers with questions, quotes, and other requests

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The APAC & Account Representative Assistant has the responsibilities to assist with:

    · Inventory management of Vendor Finished Goods, and making sure it is accurate at all times with cycle counting, inventory adjustments, putting parts and pulling parts from Vendor Finished Goods

    · Receive items in the ERP system

    · Running weekly CHN Dept production listing to prepare for future shipments

    · Creating part ID labels and labeling Vendor Finished Goods as required

    · Packaging Vendor FG in tape and reel as required with operation and maintenance to tape and reel machine

    · Packaging China FG in boxes for shipping as required

    · Inventory management and ordering/Req’s for CHN dept supplies such as T&R material and special labels

    · Shipping rate quotes for shipments to and from Vendors or Customers

    · Creating shipping labels and documents as required to ship Vendor FG’s to Customers or materials to Vendors

    · Tracking shipments coming to and from Vendors and Customers

    · Filling claims or troubleshooting with shipping carries on any issues with shipments coming to and from Vendor

    · Create Sales Order for Vendor Finished Goods shipping to Customers

    · Print Picking Sheets for Vendor Finished Goods Shipping to Customers

    · Train on quoting Vendor Finished Goods

    · Train on processing PO’s to place with Vendor

    · Process customers’ requirements, including, but not limited to, quotes, orders, change requests and entering new customer information

    · Keeping your station and area around your station clean and organized

    · Saving all required documentation on the server to assure record retention

    · Process shipping accuracy and absolution reports daily

    · Maintain and control all closed and completed Sales Orders

    · Complete performance measures for Stockton by providing late shipment information

    · Run required reports requested by upper management

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years office experience
    • Good communication skills are written and verbal
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Pay: Starting at $15.83 per hour
