  • Responsibilities

    Shipping Office Clerk
    Completes daily data entry of all incoming/received and outgoing/shipped orders; ensures deliveries and pickups are scheduled accordingly, and checks drivers in upon arrival. Thoroughly reviews orders submitted to the shipping office to ensure accuracy of dock personnel prior to accepting or delivering product.

    Requirements:
    · English required, bilingual preferred (Spanish)
    · 1-2 years previous experience in shipping and receiving.
    · Excellent multi-tasking skills.
    · Proficient in Microsoft programs with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
    · Excellent customer service skills both via telephone and in person.
    Pay Rate: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour
    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
    Rotating Saturday’s 4:00 am - 10:00 am (once a month)
