Responsibilities:

Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly

Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner

Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers

Maintaining a clean and organized salon

Cash handling, opening/closing business

Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends

Customer service experience

Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals

Proven customer service experience

Polished professional appearance

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Attention to detail and organization

Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours per day

Full time positions with Palm Beach Tan offer a benefits package that includes medical coverage, 401k, product discounts, and free tanning services.

Sales Associates start off making $14.25 an hour, commission pay, monthly bonuses, as well as free tanning.

On average our associates are currently making $16 - $18 an hour after hourly & commission are combined. Our top sales associates are making over $25 an hour.
