Our Locations are located in the Inland Empire, Orange County, and LA County.We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our maintenance team starting with part time hours that can turn into a full time position. We Offer:$22 Per Hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits with the option of Life Insurance401K opportunity starting 1 year after employmentFlexible SchedulingExpected to work roughly 25 Hours Per Week on averageThis Position Would Be Expected To:- Oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure- Maintain building operations, and ensure that the facilities are safe and functional at all times - Aesthetic maintenance such as applying new coats of paint- Performing ongoing facility maintenance - Complete repairs on equipment. - Fixing machinery, minor plumbing, minor heating and wiring - Inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards- Scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants. - Manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues. - Install new equipment and oversee building upgrades according to owner requests and to preserve the facility.
