Job Description
West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with the day to day financial operation of the firm, and will report directly to the firm’s CFO:
Responsibilities Include:
• Accounts Payable
• Vendor communication
• Allocation and tracking of client costs
• General office errands
• Filing/Scanning/Document Organization
Requirements:
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and calculation functions
Familiarity with Quickbooks Pro, Enterprise Edition preferred
Must be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential information
