    Director of Partnerships & Outreach (Non-Profit) We seek a dynamic and strategic Director of Partnerships & Outreach to join our team and lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of partnership development, community engagement, event management, and marketing activities to drive our organization's mission forward. This is a hybrid role, ideally comprised of equal parts working in the community, at our Trinity headquarters, and from home. Some nights and weekends are required. Responsibilities: Partnership Development • Strengthen and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and added value. • Develop strategies to attract new partners and increase engagement. • Leverage partner connections to expand our reach in the community. • Coordinate partner-focused events and activities. Community Engagement • Develop strategies to effectively communicate our mission and message in the community. • Identify and pursue opportunities for community involvement and support. • Organize community events and initiatives to increase visibility and impact. • Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community outreach efforts. Event Management • Plan, coordinate, and execute both large-scale and smaller monthly events. • Manage all aspects of event promotion, including social media and sponsor highlights. • Oversee event logistics, volunteer coordination, and post-event reporting. • Identify new opportunities for events and community engagement activities. Marketing • Implement branding strategies to enhance organization's visibility and appeal. • Manage daily social media messaging and content creation across all channels. • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, web graphics, and newsletters. • Maintain and update organization's website in collaboration with web developers, and keep the database updated for optimal outreach. • Gather partner testimonials and success stories for marketing purposes. Operational Management • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for partnership development and event management. • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnership and outreach efforts. • Track financials related to partnerships, donations, and event revenues and report to the executive board. • Collaborate with the executive board to set annual budget and financial goals. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or related roles. • Experience and familiarity in working in the non-profit sector is a definite plus. • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution. • Strong leadership and motivational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A motivated self-starter who can work independently and productively under self-direction. • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and database management. • Experience with budget management and financial analysis. • Passion for non-profit work and commitment to our organization's mission. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE + bonus and incentive
