The properties that we buy are often in a distressed condition and in need of large or minimal repairs. Houston is a diverse area, so you must be able to communicate effectively with everyone you speak to. You must be considerate and understanding of their situation, desiring not to just close the deal, but to provide the best solution for all parties involved. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a positive change, we would love for you to be a part of our team! • THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE FULL-TIME POSITION IN HOUSTON, TX (GALLERIA AREA) • This is a Full Sales Commission position ($50,000+ Minimum Expected) YOUR COMMISSION IS THE PERCENTAGE OF COMPANY'S PROFIT ON EACH DEAL CLOSED EVERY MONTH (NO SALES CAP). Responsibilities: Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients to ensure high client satisfaction • Gain trust and build rapport with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a purchase agreement Qualifications: Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must be driven and passionate about solving problems and creating solutions through the use of real estate • 1+ years of sales experience is required • Preference for a Bachelor's degree, however, we do understand that some of the best sales performers are not determined by formal education Compensation: $50,000+
