We have a very busy practice and are seeking a litigation associate with 7-10 years of experience for full-time employment. Responsibilities: • Managing existing caseload • Propounding and responding to written discovery • Depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses • Legal research • Law and motion, trial preparation, and trial participation Qualifications: • The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement in a collegial environment • Candidate would be working side by side with partners through trial. • Well organized and detail-oriented and works well as part of a team Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
