As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Marketing team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to achieve unparalleled success in connecting with our customers and optimizing our business.
As a Vice President of Digital- Marketing at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing all of West Shore Home’s Digital Marketing efforts to help increase the efficiency and output of the department. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with multiple teams across the Marketing department.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Take ownership over developing and executing strategic digital roadmaps for the Company’s marketing strategy
· Facilitate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to acquire new customers utilizing a variety of channels including Paid Search, Organic Search, Social Media, Affiliate Partnerships, Email, Database Marketing, etc.
· Implement data enhancements to the CRM data to improve the understanding of the customer and improve audience targeting
· Own the development of affiliate marketing strategies to support the digital marketing efforts through third party partnerships
· Continuously seek to expand the digital marketing approach through launching new digital lead-gen tactics
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
· Exceptional data analytics skills
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
· Extensive knowledge of the Google-Ads platform
· 10 years of experience managing B2C digital lead-gen teams
· 5 years of experience leading a digital marketing team of at least 20 people
· Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferred
