WEST SHORE HOME® is growing at an explosive rate! For 15 years, we’ve delivered fast, exceptional home improvements to our clients with the goal of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™. We are expanding our Florida footprint to JACKSONVILLE and we need a dynamic leader with industry knowledge to bring on as our IN-HOME SALES MANAGER before we open our doors in this exciting new market!

As an IN-HOME SALES MANAGER, you will generate revenue for the region by leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will play the role as a Leader, Motivator, and Coach so your team can outshine the competition.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Reviews appointments schedule from Inside Sales and adjusts accordingly
• Runs a minimum of 3 new leads per week
• Effectively completes cancel-save appointments
• Regularly reviews performance results and takes necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting

AS A LEADER AT WEST SHORE HOME YOU WILL:

• Provide all employees with effective training in role requirements, working relationships, and company requirements and culture.
• Continuously improve the systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
• Interact with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ sales experience, in-home sales experience preferred
• 1+ years’ sales management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
