As a BATH REVIEW SPECIALIST, you will report to Procurement Manager, and your Bath Review Team Lead. In addition, you will work closely with the entire Bath Review Team, and the Purchasing department, to ensure all jobs are fulfilled timely and efficiently.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for reviewing measurements and pictures provided by the In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Determine when an on-site inspection is needed and coordinate with Scheduling Specialists to set pre-installation appointment.
• When no on-site inspection is needed, responsible for providing an Operations Measure Sheet for Purchasing and the installers to reference.
• Advises In-Home Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Installation Managers, and General Managers of customer product, when requested.
• Knowledgeable on all shower and bath product lines and offerings. Must become a shower and bath product expert.
• Provide input on In-Home Sales Representative performance related to the bath review function, when requested from a manager.
• Once qualified, produce Bath Reviews for Kohler specific jobs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Non-exempt role with standard hours from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Must be able to sit and use office equipment (computer, mouse, phone, etc.) for extended periods of time.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
• Ability to work at a steady pace doing repetitive work.
• Possess knowledge and experience of shower and bath projects
• Installation and/or Sales experience along with Salesforce experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.
