The Job:

We are looking for an experienced press operator in our newly created West TX Printing Center located in Lubbock, TX. In past jobs, have you:

Been responsible for proper ink setting on all pages, spotting plates, maintaining correct ink, water balance, checks folios and proper registration of all color plates?

Performed preventive maintenance and cleaning of press?

Handled webbing of units for press runs?

Helped out with inventory control?

Set up folder for press runs?

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have knowledge of press operation with 5 plus years of offset press experience.

Must be able to work under deadline and adapt to changes or new procedures.

Must operate press; including, console, folder, units, and reels.

Must have a strong understanding of ink and water balance.
