Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions promptly.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations to provide a secure environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a caregiver or nursing assistant preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Empathetic, patient, and compassionate demeanor.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
