WORK DAYS/HOURS: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm

West Valley is a construction company specializing in underground utilities. The company has offices in Campbell, Redwood City, Salinas, Concord, Sacramento, Stockton, Chico, Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield. The Company has more than 375 employees, many of whom are represented by one of our four unions.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Highly successful, growing underground construction company has an opening for a newly created Training Manager.
West Valley Construction needs a training manager to organize, schedule, track and conduct training sessions for all employees ranging from job or specialized skills, soft skills, policies and procedures. Work with the Safety Department, Fleet Department and Operations to identify specialized training and outside vendors. The purpose of this position is to maintain all training records in the Company and to schedule training as needed including scheduling third-party trainers or online classes and/or personally conducting training. The Training Manager will report to the Vice President/Director Human Resources and will interact with managers and employees throughout the Company..
