    Contract Opportunity with potential to go FTE

     

    Our rapidly-growing(and very profitable)startup client is at the forefront of the ever-evolving grocery technology industry. We've worked closely with them since they had a few solid engineers, some great ideas, and a Beta client. FF to today and they’re powering the loyalty/coupon app for one of the nation's largest retailers with over 8000 locations and 4 million MAUs. They're adding other larger grocery chains who want the shopping experience to be more intuitive and valuable for their customers. Enhanced loyalty programs, Click and Collect Grocery shopping, cashier-less checkout, and more is being created by their team of engineers. With such high demand for their products, the company is experiencing tremendous growth. Right now they’re looking for an experienced technical services engineer to help manage their IT needs.

     

    Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

    -5+ years of deep IT services delivery including basic administration, system integration, implementation of security compliance projects, managing hardware and software needs for employees and new hires

    -Strong background with administrating the common cloud-based infrastructure solutions including Office 365, Azure Activity Directory, and Ubiquity

    -Experience in implementing security and privacy controls required for SOC or ISO 27001 compliance

    --Mix of small to mid-size company experience managing vendors and contractors pertaining to complex system integration projects

    -Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

    -Prior history working in a self-service environment

    -Authorization to work in the United States

     

    Ideal Candidates Will Offer

    -7+ years of IT leadership experience in small and growing organizations

    -Ability to navigate changing priorities and flexibility to meet challenges head-on
