    West500 Partners has been helping Seattle area companies find amazing technical talent for the last fifteen years. We’ve built great partnerships with emerging FinTech, BioTech, and SaaS Orgs, as well as Non-Profits and other notable companies, working closely with them on their Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract to Hire recruitment needs. To help achieve our continued success, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role you'll work alongside a team of experienced recruiters and sourcers to identify, manage, and ultimately deliver a wide range of Developers to our clients. Experience working with a wide variety of technical roles, from Senior Developers, Mobile Developers to DevOps and SDETs is highly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and be rewarded for your success.

    What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with the recruiting and hiring teams to source candidates for multiple, technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and iOS/Android Engineers
    • Identify technical talent through postings, sourcing, social networking, researching, referrals and cold calling
    • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor talent pipelines
    • Draft and post job descriptions
    • Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
      • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits

        What you’ll need to be successful:

         

        • 2+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
        • Strong familiarity with recruiting processes and techniques
        • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoyment of varied activities with an urgency for goal achievement
        • Agency experience highly preferred
        • Ability to constantly multi-task and “switch gears” to priority projects at hand
          • Experience leveraging recruiting tools, always on the hunt for new tools and techniques
            • Strong organizational and time management skills
